About Tequila πΉ
Fiery Mexican liquor is made only from a blue-colored agave plant. Produced only in two designated regions of Mexico, one surrounding the town of Tequila, the other in the area of Tepatitlan. Ordinary Tequila is white. Anejo must be aged for a minimum of one year in white oak casks. Gold Tequila is aged in white casks for two to four years.

4 oz. Korbel California Moscato Frizzante
Β½ oz. Pear Liqueur
Β½ oz. Gin
Simple syrup
Superfine sugar
Thin slice of pear
Pour a bit of the simple syrup onto a small plate and do the same with the sugar on a separate plate. Carefully dip the rim of a glass first in the syrup, then in the sugar to coat evenly. Combine the Pear Liqueur and Gin and stir well; add to the glass. Finish by slowly pouring in the Korbel California Moscato Frizzante.
Garnish by rolling the pear slice into a loop and skewering with a bamboo toothpick and enjoy!
